Brand New Lounge and Conference
Our new double-height glass conference space was thoughtfully designed for ultimate versatility and can be configured in a variety of layouts. It seamlessly opens into the newly finished atrium with adjoining speakeasy-style lounge and small conference on the north side. On the south side, you’ll find a broadcast studio room and fully equipped boardroom to round out this amenity offering.
Rooftop Refresh
The indoor-outdoor penthouse rooftop features rare views of the DC skyline with new collaboration and event spaces. With a catering kitchen, hospitality bar, and ample seating and tables the new roof will provide a multi-use amenity for tenants.
Newly Expanded Fitness Center
Featuring a pickle ball/racquetball court, an onsite personal trainer, and towel service. Tenants will have access to the new spa quality locker rooms as well as two unisex showers/restrooms.
